Composition :
Each ml contains:
Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose IP 1% w/v+ Stabilized Oxychloro Complex 0.005%w/v (As preservative) + Sterile Aqueous base q.s.

Dosage Form :
Eye Drops

Indications :
For the temporary relief of burning, irritation, and discomfort due to the dryness of the eye, or due to exposure to wind, sun, etc.
Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops 1% w/v may be used as a protectant against further irritation.

Dosage and Method of Administration :
Instil 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Contraindications :
It is contraindicated in patients with known history of hypersensitivity to the ingredients used in this formulations.

Warnings and Precautions :
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
NOT FOR INJECTION
If one experiences eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, administration of Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops 1% w/v should be discontinued and a physician should be consulted. If solution changes its colour or becomes cloudy, do not use. Keep out of reach of children.
Preparations with M-cholinomimetic properties taken simultaneously with Cyclomed can strengthen its side-effect actions.

Drug Interactions :
None known.

Undesirable Effects :
Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops 1% w/v is well tolerated but occasionally stinging, burning, red eyes, or allergic reactions can occur after instillation.

Over dosage :
Acute overdosage with Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium Lubricant Eye Drops 1% w/v has not been reported.
